We used Hebog to fetch Blanche from store and to put her in GyP workshop

Some bits just won't undo!

Sandboxes Off

The sandboxes have to come off because the saddle tank bolts on underneath them

This pipework binds the tank to the chassis

Anything that lives in the smokebox is not worth trying to undo.

The very hot 2 cylinder spanner makes short work of them

Cab Off 1

The cab has to come to pieces to free the boiler. Here it is lifted clear whilst we fetch a wagon
